DBA Manufacturing - Next Generation
DBA - Isn't it time for a True "Manufacturing" System?
Ask your self the following:
- Have you "hit the wall" with spreadsheets?
- Do you track the jobs on a White-board?
- Do you want to boost your manufacturing efficiency"
- Do you think that an ERP system is "overkill"?

Consider DBA

Will DBA suit my business?

Companies that ask this question are worried that DBA may not fit their industry or manufacturing process.

After having sold literally thousands of systems over the past 15 years with their DBA Classic product and current DBA Manufacturing system, we can state that is rarely the case that DBA cannot be used to run virtually any manufacturing business.

The obvious exception would be large enterprises with multiple divisions, factories, and branch offices. ERP systems are designed for these types of organizations.

If your company has from 3-50+ computer users and operates primarily from one main factory (with remote access from warehouses, satellite operations, and field salespersons), it is highly unlikely that DBA cannot be used to run your business.

The fact is, there is much more commonality to manufacturing processes than many people suppose. The basic processes of planning, scheduling, jobs, and purchasing do not vary much from company to company or industry to industry. Within these basis functions we've added flexible features that provide work-arounds to accommodate special requirements such as batch processing, disassembly, repair, and remanufacturing.

Being able to run your business and having every conceivable feature are two different things. A manufacturing system with every conceivable feature would be too complicated for any company to use. We've designed DBA to be a practical solution for the great majority of companies and industries.

Worry about "fit" and "suitability" is an understandable concern, which is why we offer a 180-day return option. This gives you ample time to assure yourself that DBA can run your business. If for any reason you feel DBA is not for your company, you have six months to return the system for a full refund of all monies paid, including support.
